Survey & Autocad
For me to execute my services correctly, measuring a workspace in its entirety and then committing the surveyed dimensions to an Autocad drawing is the best way to achieve a successful project outcome. Being of an artistic nature, this is something I take great pleasure in getting absolutely spot on and detailed enough to help clients visualise the final outcome.
Space Planning
Our image shows a real situation where we needed to provide a layout in 2” masking tape on the floor to enable a client to visualise their new space – this has worked on numerous occasions! However, we do also offer a more traditional design led electronic/paper based service too.
Partitioning
Steel stud and track walls, timber stud walls as well as supplier led component systems.
Suspended Ceilings
Steel grid and mineral tile ceilings, solid ‘MF’ ceilings and fire rated barriers.
Electrical
Distribution, containment, underfloor track systems, floorboxes, desk based presentation and USB/USBc – we cover all aspects with a strong understanding of cost effective solutions.
Lighting
Upgrades to existing, installation of new efficient systems, LED’s and lighting control.
Data & Comms
Comms room, Racks, UPS, Cat 6, WiFi, Fibre Optic, Copper and desk based phone systems/conference systems.
Kitchens and Breakout Areas
With a long established relationship with Howden’s Joinery Ltd, we fully design and install either small, standard teapoint situations all the way through to high end, fancy solutions.
Toilets and Showers
Often where a sizeable portion of money gets spent, it has taken many years of experience to be able to offer brilliant solutions in terms of specification and budget.
Plumbing and Wet Services
In tandem with the two previous sections, our experience on getting plumbing ‘right’ is based on 20 years at the sharp end as well as a previous role during the early 90’s in drainage civil engineering – we have it covered.
HVAC
Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning. One of the hardest elements to understand effectively – both in terms of cost and spec. I have always taken a deep interest in all system types and how they actually work, which allows me the ability to advise accordingly and avoid the pitfalls.
Audio Visual
TV’s, Monitors, Video Walls, Bose or Sonos Audio, Room booking systems and White noise systems.
Acoustics and Insulation
Exceedingly difficult to get this right and seen as somewhat a ‘black art’ in the interiors realm. We offer a wealth of understanding in the specifying and successful installation of such.
Manifestation, Signage & Wall Graphics
Whether it be simple DDA dots to new glass walls, large wall art, wayfinding, murals, statutory signage and more, we have previously organised it.
Glass Partitions & Doors
Still perpetually popular with clients, silicone jointed or frameless glass walls and screens are an instant high end addition to an office. It can be used to create meeting rooms, executive offices, screens and divisions – maintaining light and clarity.
Flooring
Carpet tiles, Vinyl, LVT and Safety flooring. We offer very competitive rates and have spent many years specifying and designing beautiful floors for our clients. It is the most satisfying part of the refurbishment process in my experience.
Bespoke Furniture
Utilising a very long established relationship with a local supplier, we really enjoy designing a piece of bespoke joinery ranging from high end, one off reception desks, media units and desking through to doorframes, skirting and trims.
