Wenzel’s the Bakers Ltd – Phase 2

Commercial Workspace Consultants are happy to announce that phase 2 of our ongoing project at Wenzel’s the Bakers Ltd has now been completed. We have continued our work on the HQ and main bakery facility, a project with a fantastic value of £170K. All works completed within budget and timescale. 

In order to complete this phase we broke the work down into stages: 

• Strip out old offices, walls, and ceilings 
• Strip the flooring
• Infill the windows
• Oversee M&E, HVAC, and wet services
• Whiterock all of the walls
• Design and installing new Firefly curtain
• Remove 14 linear metre wall section
• Ramp transition
• Install vinyl safety flooring
