Commercial Workspace Consultants Ltd were tasked with an initial evaluation of the likely budget needed. This quickly progressed to being entrusted with Project Managing the entire build. Our remit covered:
- Enhancement of base build drawings to construction issue plans.
- All H&S considerations including RAMS, F10 and Building Control.
- Procurement of all materials and outside tradespeople.
- Onsite management of liaison, quality and finish.
- Warehouse racking package
- Kitchens and Toilets
- Bespoke Joinery
- Unusual & Complex flooring layouts
- Decorations
- HVAC
- M+E
- Laboratory equipment showroom
All completed on time and to projected budget.
