Commercial Workspace Consultants Ltd were tasked with an initial evaluation of the likely budget needed. Working for the large London based firm Tsunami Axis Ltd, several rounds of pricing and negotiation were handled until a deal was reached. Commercial Workspace Consultants Ltd were entrusted with Project Managing the entire build. Our remit covered:
- Enhancement of base build drawings to construction issue plans.
- All H&S considerations including RAMS, F10 and Building Control.
- Procurement of all materials and outside tradespeople.
- Onsite management of liaison, quality and finish.
- Kitchens and Toilets
- Bespoke Joinery
- Design liaison & enhancement of huge atrium staircase flooring
- Office suite flooring
- Furniture installations
- Decorations
- HVAC
- M+E
- Full refurbishment across 5 floors & in excess of 2500m2
All completed on time and to projected budget. Well managed client logistical movements of staff and departments during the works.
