Covent Garden – Tenant Dilapidations
Commercial Workspace Consultants Ltd were tasked with rapid turnaround dilapidation works to clear out after the exiting tenant. Working ultimately for Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of the outgoing tenant, we reduced the expected spend by 60% and the time frame by 80%. A close knit team of tradespeople carefully dismantled all old partitions, glass, furniture, carpets and remaining tenant debris. Working within significant noise constraint parameters, the project was still completed, mostly out of hours, with no issues. The demise was then decorated fully, exit cleaned and any minor maintenance issues rectified. All was inspected and hand-over was achieved in one sitting and with no snagging.
